CMB Development, LLC is a full-service real estate development company based in Richmond, Virginia. We specialize in multi-family residential properties, with experience in senior residential living, student housing, hotels, commercial and retail space, and historical rehabilitation.

Story

Before starting CMB Development, LLC, founder Guy Blundon was an established developer in New York and neighboring states. From 1980 to 1995, Mr. Blundon acted as co-founder and president for Blundon Thylan Associates, Inc. in New York City. The company was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, finance, construction, and management for over 20 properties. Prior to that, Mr. Blundon was Second Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank in the Merchant Banking division. He received a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Architecture and Urban Design, both from Columbia University, New York, NY.
